Cancellation Policy

Group Tours

The cancellation of the cruise reservation by the client can be made up to 48 hours before the cruise date with a full refund of the amount paid. If the tour cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start of the cruise, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Private Tours

The cancellation of the cruise reservation by the client can be made up to 7 days before the cruise date with a full refund of the amount paid. After this period, no refund will be issued.

Cruises on Special Days

Up to 30 days before the event date, 25% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
After the 30-day period, no refund will be issued.

Special Days: São João, New Year’s Eve, etc.

Notes:

Ricky's Douro reserves the right to cancel any cruise if:

• an event beyond its control occurs (such as adverse weather conditions preventing navigation or an unexpected technical issue)

In case of delays in the vessel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failure or delays at a navigation lock), Ricky's Douro may be forced to cancel certain planned services. The cost of these unprovided services will be refunded to the clients.
